Half the 280 Harrison, NJ, rentals at Cobalt Lofts have been leased, marking a major milestone for the luxury building in the booming Riverbend District. Attracted by the building’s high-end  amenities, in-residence smart-home technology, and proximity to the PATH station, renters have steadily filled the available homes since leasing began six months ago. Homes at Cobalt Lofts range in size from studios to two-bedroom duplexes and feature built-in Amazon Echo Dots along with Samsung SmartThings Hubs and prewired speakers. Other amenities include coworking spaces and recreational facilities, including a landscaped roof deck with views of the Manhattan skyline.
