Reputation utilizes a variety of criteria for determining 800 Club winners, including customer reviews across websites with considerations for review relevancy, timely responses, and length of replies; search engine optimization; and social media engagement. 

Businesses then receive an overall score out of one thousand. Exceeding a score of 800 is honored by Reputation through its revered “800 Club” and signifies industry excellence.

Cobalt Lofts scored 889, achieving a ranking of #2 in Greystar’s portfolio of 100+ communities in the Northeast.
